Our local group connects like-minded women who work with others who share their values to protect democracy on the local, state and national levels. We welcome you to join us. We meet monthly on the 2nd Thursday of each month, 5:30 pm at the Desert Shores Clubhouse. We. The. People refuse to live in a dictatorship. Join like minded women as we do the work to keep democracy our ruling light in Maryland and across the country. This election we are working to: a) Enshrine abortion rights into our state constitution b) Maintain Democratic control of our open senate seat c) Expose the dangerous policies of Project 2025 which strips rights and protections from every aspect of daily life.
