Central Midlands Good Troublemakers

Welcome! We are a diverse and welcoming group of women and men in the central midlands of SC who meet regularly in person and online, and who engage in active work to make our world a better and more just place. We find strength in our differences and we place our hope into building community. We work together for diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice in our community, state, and nation. We consciously support one another. We have fun and enjoy being with and supporting each other. When needed, we also make "good trouble," as our hero John Lewis would say.

Team No Nonsense North Jersey

Fort Nonsense is a national historic lookout site in Morristown NJ where Washington and his patriots were able to see what was happening and act as needed. Now with our Democracy on the line, we all need to act! Team No Nonsense started with a small band of Vote Forward letter writers who are ready to fight for our democracy. We are not putting up with this nonsense, our democracy is too important. We are focusing on national issues and local issues through advocacy and action. We want to keep a Democrat in the governorship in NJ in 2026. We will work to hold or flip our federal house seats to legislators who share our values. We work to support marginalized groups and those in need in Morris, Sussex and Warren County. One of our most popular actions is our Visibility Brigade Morris/Essex! If you join, you will receive a weekly or semi-weekly eblasts that will let you know about protests, events, visibility brigades, other actions and activities you can participate in to help save Democracy! No one can do everything, but we each must do something! We invite you to join us!

Good Trouble MoCo MD

Our local group will connect people in our community who want to work with others who have concerns for the future of democracy in this country. We want to have open dialogs and bring attention to the rise of bigotry and fascism that we've seen as people seek to ban books and whitewash history. We're open to anyone who wants to join us and bring issues that we can take up on the local and state level to make an impact on a national level.
