We believe that the best way to defend our democracy is with knowledge, and the best way to help is by providing caring people with information. Hope and Cookies hosts house parties where we share information about Project 2025 and other threats to our freedom. We want to give our members the confidence to talk to their friends and neighbors (or even total strangers) in a way that will make a difference. Come for dessert and leave empowered!

Troublemakin Burners
Radical inclusion, Civic Responsibility and Communal Effort. These are 3 of the 10 principals of Burning Man that this group embraces. Radical Inclusion means that this group is open to all: Men, Women and Non-Binary, Burners and Non-Burners, Bay Area Tri-Valley and anywhere in the world. Civic Responsibility is people who want to fight extremism and help elect President Harris. Communal Efforts is that we are going to have some fun doing it! Movie night, wine tasting, knocking on doors, posting signs, engaging online, attending school board or city council meetings... I'm down for all of it.
