Local Groups
Boise Resists
Join Boise Resists to build community, become supports for one another, organize to fix local problems, and RESIST the troubling trends we are seeing in our government. We know that we can't save the world, but we can all do our little part. By organizing, and choosing a few issues to work on, we can make a meaningful impact! Our local group connects like-minded people in our community who want to work with others who share their values to protect democracy on the local, state and national levels. As our membership grows, we will decide together where to focus our energies and talents.

Queen City TroubleMakers
We’re a grassroots crew of bold disruptors taking a stand against extremism and holding politicians accountable to the rule of law and the U.S. Constitution. Powered by Red, Wine, and Blue, the Queen City TroubleMakers are reclaiming patriotism from the far-right with civic passion, creative protest, and unapologetic inclusion. We’re here to resist, delay, and defy—together. Everyone is welcome—no matter your gender or how you identify. If you're here to make good trouble, you're in the right place Our committees focus on women’s rights, racial equity, LGBTQ+ rights, education, environmental justice, and more—amplifying voices and driving change. From guerrilla art to guest speakers, we’re building awareness, action, and community. And yes—we have fun doing it. Whether we’re gathering over wine, teaming up for creative action, or just sharing a laugh, we know movements are stronger when relationships are real. If you believe in democracy and good trouble, you’ve found your people. Let’s motivate. Let’s organize. Let’s make good trouble. We meet every other Monday from 6:30 - 8:30 PM. Please join us for one of our meetings.

South Central PA Networking Squad
Want to find your people and your purpose? This group is focused on spreading a web of advocacy in South Central Pennsylvania (York, Cumberland, Dauphin, and Lancaster Counties). Our goal is to create a network of Troublemakers throughout South Central PA, working on issues that are important to them. No issue is too big or too small. Are you looking for a TroubleNation group to join? Do you have questions about starting a TroubleNation group? Or are you simply looking for one-off advocacy opportunities to participate in? We will do our best to guide you in the right direction! We'll let you know about grassroots groups doing the work here, and keep you up to date on resistance events happening in our four counties. Together, we can do great things!
