Moms United for Democracy (aka MamaBears)
Welcome! We are a group in York, PA and surrounding areas of moms and non-binary parents of kids K-12+ advocating for democratic values, inclusivity, and equity in our communities for a safer and healthier future for all children and all communities. We actively resist the spread of white supremacy, nationalism, and disinformation. We choose the path of compassion and justice over hate, division, and fear. We advocate for those on the margins and use relational organizing to support and protect our kids and communities. Firmly grounded in collaboration and mutuality, we educate each other and our families to resource ourselves and each other.

Our goal is to bring together women and others in our area (Northeast Baltimore City/County) area to rally around the issues supported by Red Wine and Blue and Trouble Nation and build our community.
