Moms United for Democracy (aka MamaBears)
Welcome! We are a group in York, PA and surrounding areas of moms and non-binary parents of kids K-12+ advocating for democratic values, inclusivity, and equity in our communities for a safer and healthier future for all children and all communities. We actively resist the spread of white supremacy, nationalism, and disinformation. We choose the path of compassion and justice over hate, division, and fear. We advocate for those on the margins and use relational organizing to support and protect our kids and communities. Firmly grounded in collaboration and mutuality, we educate each other and our families to resource ourselves and each other.

Grace & Grit of Steele Creek
✨ Who We Are We are women of resilience, bringing grace under pressure and grit in action, united by a deep sense of justice and a fierce love for our community. We show up for each other and for democracy with compassion, courage, and clarity. Whether you're new to activism or a seasoned troublemaker, there's a place for you here. We believe power starts at the local level, and so does the resistance. We organize because we love our community. And we’re done waiting for someone else to fix it. 💡 Why We’re Here (and Why It Matters) On No Kings Day, over 12.1 million people marched across the country. That number surpasses the 3.5 percent of the U.S. population that history shows is needed to trigger real political change. The future of our democracy is on the line. The rise of authoritarianism, attacks on our rights, and Project 2025’s dangerous agenda demand that we act together. We're part of Red, Wine & Blue’s TroubleNation, a network of suburban women across the country rising up in defense of our freedoms. 🔧 What We Do Power Map Our Community We will identify key local and state leaders, vulnerable districts, and the pressure points where we can make an impact. Map-and-plan sessions will use Indivisible’s tools, LilSis.org and Red, Wine & Blue’s trainings. Push for Local Resolutions and Pledges We will ask city councils, school boards, and elected leaders to publicly reject Project 2025 and any federal overreach. Members will be equipped with talking points, model resolutions, and organizing support. From Protest to the Polls We will register voters, partner with organizations to help people obtain the necessary voter IDs, and assist those in need with transportation to polling locations, ensuring our voices are heard at every level of government. Build Local Coalitions We will work with groups focused on racial justice, labor rights, youth advocacy, and climate action. Together we can amplify shared values and coordinate citywide resistance. Launch a Rapid Response Network We will work on creating a 'Hold the Line' team ready to respond to voter roll purges, press intimidation, immigration raids, or National Guard misuse. This network will be organized across secure platforms and ready to act. 🔥 What's Next Join us on July 27th at the Piedmont Social House in Arsley from 4pm - 6pm. Register for the July Grace and Grit Meetup Just know this — you are not alone. Together, we can turn this movement into lasting change. 📬 Email us: [email protected] 📣 Join our Facebook group: Grace and Grit of Steele Creek Follow us on Bluesky: @graceandgritclt.bsky.social

Queen City TroubleMakers
We’re a grassroots crew of bold disruptors taking a stand against extremism and holding politicians accountable to the rule of law and the U.S. Constitution. Powered by Red, Wine, and Blue, the Queen City TroubleMakers are reclaiming patriotism from the far-right with civic passion, creative protest, and unapologetic inclusion. We’re here to resist, delay, and defy—together. Everyone is welcome—no matter your gender or how you identify. If you're here to make good trouble, you're in the right place Our committees focus on women’s rights, racial equity, LGBTQ+ rights, education, environmental justice, and more—amplifying voices and driving change. From guerrilla art to guest speakers, we’re building awareness, action, and community. And yes—we have fun doing it. Whether we’re gathering over wine, teaming up for creative action, or just sharing a laugh, we know movements are stronger when relationships are real. If you believe in democracy and good trouble, you’ve found your people. Let’s motivate. Let’s organize. Let’s make good trouble. We meet every other Monday from 6:30 - 8:30 PM. Please join us for one of our meetings. Calendar: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/embed?src=queencitytroublemakers%40gmail.com&ctz=America%2FNew_York
