A Mid-Michigan group connecting local people, working together to protect Democracy on the local, state and National levels. We will also target other issues we feel we can cause good trouble to make a positive change. If you feel you can contribute in ANY way, please join us, we'll take all the help we can get! Bring or invite a friend! Regular meetings (in person & online) starting soon. It won't be all work, we still need to keep this fun. Good Reason 4 Democracy - Greene County
Good Reason for Democracy connects women in Greene County interested in learning more about local, state, and national governance. The purpose is to provide community and empower members to exercise their freedoms and rights. Opportunities to pursue this purpose include meetings, zoom discussions, Facebook group posts at the local level, while offering a bridge to greater engagement through book discussions, partnering with local volunteer organizations, and taking steps to speak to greater state and national policies that affect community and family.

Stand Against Extremism LivCo (SAGE) is a group dedicated to taking action that supports a safe and inclusive community for ALL people in Livingston County. We stand firmly against increased efforts to promote hate and divisive ideology in our schools and local government. We emphasize education and share trusted sources of information to help combat the mis- and disinformation campaigns which continuously fuel the culture wars in our area. A Trouble Nation Collective for Millennial Black Suburban Women Sip & Serve Society is a lifestyle and leadership circle where millennial Black suburban women gather to raise their glasses and raise their voices. Rooted in the Trouble Nation movement, we’re here to stir the pot, shake the table, and sip wine while we do it. Central PA Women's Book Club focused on books about female empowerment and being good allies to each other & other marginalized groups. Let's meet in person once a month to discuss a book the majority of the group chooses. It is not a requirement to read the book in all or part. Come for the companionship and exchange of ideas.
