Morehead's Good Turtles, Trails, and Trouble

Nestled in the rolling hills of The Daniel Boone National Forest is a picturesque Trail Town on the Sheltowee Trail: Morehead, Kentucky. Inside Morehead are people that believe in community, caring for our neighbors and our families, and the basic human rights given to all for life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness, rooted in democracy’s fundamental principle of self-determination- that we have the right to govern ourselves and decide our own future- not the religious extremists or billionaire class currently stealing the levers of power in our great country. Morehead's Good Turtles, Trails, and Trouble was created to bring us together. We are bound together as a tribe that values Human Rights, Education, Mother Earth, Diversity, DEMOCRACY and more. Welcome! We need every one of us to join together and be heard! In this space we have the tools we need to do just that! Let's make some Good Trouble together!

Building Community in the Copper Country

Hello, friends! We have a very active community here in the Keweenaw/Copper Country. My goal is to help create a community that uplifts and protects everyone. I want to make community information more accessible and to encourage everyone to get out there and get involved. I will work with any local progressive groups to create a centralized "hub" of information and events. The core values of this page are: Help fight corruption by building community. Many people feel powerless right now when we look at the big picture. But through local government and organization, we have the best way to make a real impact. Joy is resistance. We need to rest, and love, and have fun. We can not make it through hard times without it and without each other. Community means helping and protecting our neighbors. To do that, we need to KNOW our neighbors. Similarily, this is a safe space for everyone. But, that does not include hate, bullying, misinformation, or bigotry.

Cultivating Solutions for Rural Oregon

Cultivating Solutions is a local non-profit focused on rural quality of life issues. We work in three primary focus areas: suicide prevention, clean water, and economic development. Our local group connects like-minded people in our community who want to work with others who share their values to protect democracy on the local, state, and national levels. G.I.F.T. Get Involved for Tomorrow was established in 2025, and we are excited to now be part of Red, Wine & Blue Trouble Nation, where we will amplify our voices with support across the Nation. Every Voice Matters (South Metro ATL)

If you've been feeling unsettled, heartbroken, or overwhelmed by what's happening in our country - you're not alone. Many of us are carrying the same quiet question: What can I actually do? We invite women who feel that pull - not toward outrage, but toward connection and positive action. We're forming a group of women who want to come together, support one another and channel our concern into something meaningful. No prior experience required. No perfection expected. Just a willingness to show up, listen, and take small, intentional steps alongside others who care. This space is for you if you: Feel the weight of this moment and don't want to carry it alone Believe community is a form of resistance Want to turn concern into constructive action, together We don't have all the answers - but we believe that when women gather with purpose, something powerful happens.
