*NEW GROUP*Holyoke, MA: Please join The Real Majority Holyoke to talk about ways to create appropriate avenues of community building and solidarity in the face of a constitutional crisis. We think any local movement in Holyoke needs to directly reflect the concerns of the community, especially our most disenfranchised and marginalized residents. It is important to acknowledge that many in our predominately Puerto Rican city have been oppressed by both parties. It is perhaps more important to recognize the level of risk is multiplied for most of our community. When they come for our neighbors, STAND UP FIGHT BACK. It is necessary to organize an opposition to the actions of the current administration which is local to our city but also is careful to avoid further harm to our neighborhoods. Hi! We are Northeast Ohio Women for Change (NEOWFC). We are womxn working for the betterment of our community by strengthening relationships and fortifying mutual aid networks. We help to sponsor local events like food drives and fundraisers to benefit local community aid organizations. We are pro-human rights and pro-democracy. Downriver for Bodily Autonomy is a grassroots organization committed to protecting and expanding reproductive rights, gender equality, and individual freedoms in the Downriver community. We believe everyone should have the power to make decisions about their own body without political interference. Through advocacy, education, and community organizing, we fight for access to reproductive healthcare, support LGBTQIA+ rights, and work to build a more just and inclusive future for all.

NHC Educational Justice
Our Mission Statement: NHC Educational Justice is a group of activists who champion honest and open policy and decision-making within our schools to promote a safe, quality and equitable education for all. We attend all New Hanover County school board meetings and most school board committee meetings - either in person or virtually. We communicate key discussion topics and issues to the community through our FB page - https://www.facebook.com/NHCEJ/ - and engage our local community through various call to actions (email campaigns, petitions, etc). We also assist our community through various levels of support - including speaking on behalf of staff at board meetings, assisting parents through the IEP and/or complaint process, amplifying voices of community members and other organizations, etc. We are a small group of 6 women who are parents and/or retired NHCS educators and we are passionate about strengthening and investing into our public schools. We want to connect with other like minded local community members as we expand the work we do.

Misses On A Mission
Our mission will be to band together to fight against law-makers and government officials who are trying to take away our liberties and freedoms. In order to counter measures taken by the government to infringe upon our rights, we will do outreach, educate our community, protest, and otherwise spread the word in our region about our mission and about the dangers of allowing the government to take away our freedom and rights. We will also work to educate our communities about the importance of voting. We will help people register to vote, find their polling location, and help them determine who they want to vote for. We will door-knock, postcard, and hold two seasonal cookouts with a DJ, bounce houses, local vendors/businesses selling and giving away goodies, a raffle, face painting, and USA, voting, LGBTQ+, and local/regional themed craft tables.
