Hi new members!
Tonight, Emily and I will hold our first meeting —this meeting will be via zoom. It’s imperative we build community, first and foremost in this time of extreme uncertainty in this new administration.
Emily, a therapist, will be talking about ways we can stay engaged and informed and at the same time, acknowledge that we’re going through so much upheaval and we’re likely experiencing trauma responses.
We will also discuss where we will be meeting in-person for future events.
