Defending Democracy & Woman’s Rights
With our rights currently under assault it’s time to rise up and make our voices heard!
So next week's rally on Saturday May 10th, will focus on Woman's Rights. From this administrations attacks on women, including the erasing of women by attempting to abolish DEI;
To suppressing women's votes and the outright attack on women's healthcare.
We'll have 2 guest speakers: an ACLU lawyer who works with women's reproductive health and a local community member who would like to share their story and experience on why women’s healthcare needs to be equally accessible for everyone in this country.
*Please remember to bring a non-perishable food item for the Bethel Food Pantry*
Parking at the Municipal Center Lot is recommended.
Live music will be provided by Sweet Polly Duo, a great duo from Clinton.
