We are a nation of immigrants. Colorado is a state of immigrants. And we are communities of immigrants. Let's show our support for ALL of our neighbors. Let's show ICE that they are not welcome here and we will not tolerate their cruel and violent abductions in our communities! This is a peaceful protest, so bring your banners, signs and posters along with a positive and supportive attitude!
There is a complementary event that is happening at the same time, just on an overpass.
Join Rise Up Boulder and various Boulder County Indivisible groups for a peaceful overpass event supporting Immigrant Rights.

Note: We are not allowed to attach signs to the overpass in Lafayette, so we will bring a large banner with supports on the sides for two people to hold, as well as 20" x 30" letters on foam core board to be hand-held and spell out WE ARE ALL AMERICA. We'll need volunteers for holding the banner and the letters, as well some people to wave and switch out with banner/letter holders. If we reach capacity for the overpass, people can join the complementary event just 0.3 miles to the south.
