A lot is happening in the world right now, and it's easy to feel tired, small, or alone. Joyful Uprising is our answer to that. It's a space where women gather to reconnect, recharge, and remember what we are capable of when we move together with intention.

We meet to talk, to listen, to share what we are seeing in our communities, and to lift one another back into a sense of purpose. It is not a lecture. It is not a class. It is a room full of women showing up for themselves and for each other, finding steadiness, clarity, and even laughter in uncertain times.
