VIRTUAL EVENT: The Federal Budget: Who Wins, Who Loses, What You Can Do

THIS EVENT WILL BE VIRTUAL.

House Republicans have publicly stated they are not passing a budget bill by March 14th. They will put forward a short-term funding bill with no changes to the current budget. We have more time to learn and prepare. So, we have decided to make this a virtual event to allow more people to participate.

Our presenter will be Nick Barbash, Legislative Director for Senator Tim Kaine, He will provide an informative presentation on the budgeting process, where things stand today, where things are likely to go and what you can do to influence the outcome. This will be followed by a Q&A.

We will be using Microsoft Teams for the event.
