Statewide StandUp: Three VA Constitutional Amendments
Reproductive Freedom -- Marriage Equality -- Voting Rights Restoration

Virginians will be voting on three issues on the ballot this fall:
1. Reproductive Freedom – This amendment will protect everyone's freedom to make personal decisions about their reproductive health care—including access to contraception, IVF, miscarriage care, abortion (through the 2nd trimester), and will protect providers who deliver that care.
2. Marriage Equality – The Marriage Equality Amendment will remove an outdated ban from our state constitution and ensure that two adults may marry regardless of sex, gender, or race. This will give every Virginian the same rights, protections, and dignity—no matter who they are or who they love.

3. Voting Rights Restoration – Currently, Virginians convicted of a felony automatically lose their right to vote, even after they've served their time. This amendment will restore those rights automatically upon release. After serving their time, all returning citizens deserve to be welcomed and fully reintegrated into society, including having the right to vote.
