Learn About the Work of League of Women Voters

On January 25, 2025, Lynn Teague, a leader in the local and state (nonpartisan) League of Women Voters will teach us about the work of LWV on the local, state, and national levels.   

Once you hear about this organization, you'll be inspired to want to help in their fight for democracy and integrity in government.  For those interested, the statewide annual meeting of LWV will be held in Columbia on Saturday, February 1, 2025.  By the time Lynn speaks, it may be too late to sign up to attend that meeting.  If you're interested, please look at the web site for the local LWV (attached as a link) and consider going ahead and registering to attend that meeting.    https://my.lwv.org/south-carolina-state/event/2025-lead-league-education-advocacy-day
