September 20 Firewall Meeting

Good Neighbors Getting It Done meets monthly with the Firewall, which is an coalition of advocacy groups and activists who are building a metaphorical firewall to protect democracy. The Firewall meets on the third Saturday of each month at the UU Church of Amherst. The Firewall provides an opportunity for groups to share actionable information for Firewall members to bring back to their communities. After hearing from different speakers at the Firewall meeting, groups can meet separately to focus on specific actions and areas of interest.

Later that day, the Rainbow Cafe will be open from 1-3pm at the church as a relaxing and comfortable safe space for LGBTQ+ community and allies for conversation and games. Like the Firewall, the Rainbow Cafe is held on the third Saturday of each month.

Firewall is not affiliated with the UU Church of Amherst.
