Way to go Laura, Thank you for sending out the newsletter announcement. I agree that we need to show up and hear what he has to say and let our voices be heard.
Regarding Issa; His response has been disappointing I did hear from one of our members Michele S. that she spoke to a staffer and she said the staffer was very cordial and listened to everything she had to say. That has not been the response that the people showing up to the door have had. I do not reside in Issa's district, so he does not have to pay attention to me, but I feel like I have a right to be involved in the group because he presides over the city that I do business in. We will always have your backs and support you trying to get him to participate. At this late date since recess is going to be over tomorrow, all we can do is be more prepared next time. We'll find out when the next recess is and start in advance asking for a town hall. Good Job on everyone going to his Crest address and making a stellar effort! I think we can say on Social Media is that he did not participate in a town hall and did not answer the door. It's the truth and it should matter to his other constituents.
