School Board Candidates Meet & Greet

Join us at our February meeting and meet the school board candidates!  All who have filed to run for either reelection or first time to the Buncombe County and Asheville City school boards have been invited to be there.  This is your chance to meet them, hear why they are running and discuss the challenges they are facing and how they propose to meet those challenges.  Also at this meeting, you will hear more about Lifewise Christian Academy.  We know many of you have questions about this organization that is attempting to enter Buncombe County's public schools with off-site instruction during the school day for conservative Christian education.  Come find out more about it...you'll be glad you did.
