Schedule of Events and I am speaking on Feb 9th

Administrative Post with 4 items: 
(1)  I want to remind @everyone of the meeting TODAY 1/26/25) at St. Andrews branch of the Richland County Public library, 2:15 PM. 
(2) we are changing the time of tomorrow's (1/27/25) regular Monday evening Zoom happy hour to 7:00 PM, to accommodate some scheduling needs. Check the event page for the zoom link. 
 (3) Please mark your calendars for Sunday, February 9 afternoon meeting. I think this will be a very important meeting because I want to discuss our organization and direction moving forward, as well as Stef Kay who is both a nurse and a fitness coach is going to talk with us about ways to keep ourselves healthy during this long marathon we are entering. And 
(4) There are really good reasons not to rely on Facebook. (a) Please create an account with the Red Wine & Blue Troublenation site and find our group through that organization, and (b) make sure I have your email address. (If you did not receive email from me yesterday, then I don't have your email address.)
