Rise Up Sing Out Watch Party

Join Firewall and Good Neighbors Getting it Done in WNY for a party to celebrate our first amendment right to speak out and to have fun while we do so. Getting exhausted by just the constant need to stand up and speak out? Need a break? Want to just have fun, chat with people you like, listen to some good music all while quietly sticking it to the wannabe King?

On June 14th come to the UU Church in Amherst and watch the Rise Up, Sing Out: Concert for the First Amendment. The concert is hosted by the Committee for the First Amendment and is taking place in NYC with live streaming encouraged everywhere. Instead of showing interest in the grotesque misuse of our public property and national symbols from private gain, we will get as many views as possible for community healing through music!

Bring your own beverage, alcohol optional. Bring your own snack, sharing optional. Bring your own friends, fun community mandatory.

Support Freedom of Speech with Bette Midler, Pattie Smith, Joy Reid, Rufus Wainwright and many more. Sit on your butt the whole night or dance. Booze it up (just have a DD and don’t leave it at the Church), carb it up, or stay clean and lean…..you do you! Whatever makes you happy with the people you love! Let's party!
