    Is a (Continuation of last week)   we are writing early to Democrats who don't always vote urging them to help flip California's 48th Congressional District in 2026 which newly flippable district. Our script specifically points out that Congressman Issa has voted to cut funding for health care while supporting tax breaks for billionaires and funding for ICE.
So because California’s redistricting plan withstood prop 50, the new voting map could help Democrats flip the lone Republican seat in San Diego. The 48th Congressional District, represented by Issa will switch from a 12-point Republican advantage, to a 4-point Democratic lead, based on voter registration.
