Rally for Federal Workers: Prep Party-Sign Making and Bag Stuffing

Join us as we prepare for our first big event - Rally for Federal Workers, at the Manassas Train Station on 3/14. 

PWC wants to have a strong visual presence with plenty of signs sharing our thanks and support for our Federal Workers. And we want to hand out treat bags that have messages of support, helpful information + water and a snack bar to those riding the train into DC on the 14th.

To get ready, we will hold a Prep Party - Sign Making and Bag Stuffing in Haymarket on Wednesday, March 12th from 4pm to 7pm. It will be a fun evening of community, action and joy as we come together to prepare for our Federal Worker Rally.

What do you need to do? 

1. Register for the event, so you receive the details on the location.

2. Bring poster board and supplies to decorate your signs and make extras to share.

3. Bring donations for our “Fuel Up Federal Workers” Treat Bags. We are seeking donations of 500 each of:

- 8oz water bottles (small)

- Granola/Breakfast/Snack bars of all types (we will flag nut free and gluten free if received)

- clear zip closure bags to hold our treats, gratitude notes and printed information
