A Little Reflection, A Lot of Connection - Q4 Community Meeting

When we meet, we will have just wrapped up weeks of “get out the vote” efforts, early voting and election day! We’ll be together in-person to process the election results and how we are feeling about them, understand what happens between now and January when newly elected reps are sworn in, and connect with each other over social time and some fun activities.
 
Agenda:

 

1) Welcome / Agenda overview 

 

2) One Up, One Down – A quick check-in around the room for one “up” and one “down” from the election season.  

3) Election Debrief - A reflection of what surprised us, what we are feeling proud of, what we learned from our GOTV efforts, and what we should remember for the next election cycle.

4) What Happens Next? - A short discussion about what comes after Election Day, leading up to new government officials being sworn into office.
 
5) “What Should We Do More Of in 2027” – sorting activities into categories: More of This, Sometimes and Not a Priority. 

6) Social Time + Snacks + Fun - optional activities such as: Banned Book BINGO, board games like Yahtzee, Sorry and Scrabble, small conversation groups to just sit and catch up.

7) Closing and Wrap Up
