Purple Hays Together talks Project 2025

Purple Hays Together invites the public to a virtual meeting to learn about Project 2025 on Monday, August 26 6:00-7:30 p.m. to learn more about Project 2025, learn about tools for advancing the work of educating our communities about its proposals, and hear about the work of the letter-writing campaign now underway. The Zoom meeting is open to the public, particularly those living in Hays County, Texas.

Project 2025 is on the ballot in November although Americans won't find it written there. As of mid-July only 30 percent of voters had heard of it. Our goal is to inform voters in Wimberley, Texas and in Hays County about what it entails and how those behind it seek to use unelected and undemocratic means to implement it.



Purple Hays Together is a nonpartisan organization. We do not advocate for or against any candidate or political party. However, we do take a stand for democracy and policies that support it.
