NEXT WEEK 5/27 6:30 to 8:30 PM
We’re Switching gears as PA has become more pressing than GA. This coming Wed we will write to Democratic leaning voters who do not usually vote in midterms but have been identified as persuadable by our Pennsylvania partners.
Every person we get to participate in the primary is likely to vote again in November. They will
also be added to the lists of voters contacted directly by Democratic candidates so will need less
input from us later in the year. Strong primary participation also sends a message to the media
and funders that voters are ready to go.
Our colleagues in Pennsylvania are asking us to focus this round of postcards on asking
Democratic and Democratic leaning voters to sign up to vote by mail for the year, including the
upcoming primary election. Our lists of voters are focused on four swing Congressional Districts
where we particularly want to increase voter turnout: PA’s 1st, 7th, 8th and 10th Congressional
Districts.
