October 15, 6-8:30 pm, Panera, La Plata, MD This is a Social Postcard Writing Meet-up We will write "News Boosting Postcards" with useful headlines to Democratic-leaning voters in Virginia to combat disinformation and to make sure they learn how harmful the Trump/GOP agenda is for most Americans. Bring your favorite pen, we have the postcards. Postage stamp donations are welcome.
A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.
