SATURDAY 3/8 at 2pm - Postcard Writing for Special Elections – Florida, Congressional Race for Josh Weil

Let's meet at Nora Cafe to write postcards this weekend! Sheri and I will be there at 2pm and hope you can join us.

I am happy to cover the printing costs for up to 1,000 postcards if I can get some volunteers to write and add postage. Some things to know:

  • Postcard stamps are currently $0.40 — $400 for them all. Venmo @jennifer-pittman-5 if you can chip in 
  • They need to be postmarked on or around March 15
  • All that needs to be written is the mailing address and your name/location - the rest is written for you:
    • I am writing to thank you for taking the time to speak with us and to remind you to vote for Josh Weil by April 1st. Unlike most Congressional races in this district, this one will come down to just a few thousand votes, so yours could be the difference. Josh is one of only a handful of people I would trust to do this job.  He is not a career politician but a public school teacher and single father of two boys.  This may be the last chance we get to elect him to represent the district in Washington, where he will stamp out corruption to lighten the burden on businesses and working people.
