As we face escalating challenges to our democratic institutions, we stand united to remind the world: America has NO KINGS, and the power belongs to the people. Following the massive scale of previous national protests, we are rising up again in Ames to prove that this isn’t just a moment—it’s a movement that lasts.

Join Democracy Every Day, The League of Women Voters of Ames & Story County, and Indivisible Ames on March 28th as we gather for No Kings-Ames: Justice for All. Our movement continues to grow because protecting our democracy requires constant vigilance and collective action.  We will be collecting donations to support immigrant and refugee families in our community through the work of the Iowa Immigrant Movement for Justice (IMMJ) and Good Neighbor Emergency Assistance.
