I am running for Lake Local school board in November. I bring almost two decades of experience in education, along with successful leadership in shared governance (between faculty,
administration, and the Board of Trustees) in my career as a college professor. Given my experience and my values, I think I have something to contribute to the Lake Local School District.
We're hosting an initial campaign organizing meeting on Tuesday, July 8th 6:45-8pm for folks interested in helping out in any way with the campaign. We'll meet at the Danbury Glen clubhouse at
440 Leighfield Lane in Hartville for drinks, desserts, and discussion about different ways folks can help out. If anyone from Give a Shit would be interested in attending and/or helping out in any way in the months ahead, please be in touch with myself or Kimberly Hall.
