We borrowed some folding chairs ! (Thank you Parker Platt!) But they might not be enough. Bring a camp chair if you can.
We will have a printed member list at the check in - so will be much faster!We'll come through the line outside to handout name tags - sooo much faster !
We'll have a much better sound system!
We'll still have popcorn and wine and soft drinks - but BYO if you wish.

First, we are going to get down to brass tacks and present the organizational flow chart that your GTT Leadership team have been working hard on for the past few weeks. You will have a clear picture of how we plan to operate going forward. We already have our Action Teams and Leaders in place. We will now clarify the Informational teams, their stated goals, and find their Leaders that will help feed us the issues each week so that Action teams can get to work consistently.
Each Team (both Action and Info) will have a clear goal of what needs to be accomplished with their members.
If you have an interest in our Schools, our County Commission, our State Legislative items or prefer to keep to the broader Federal level - Click here and add your name and info to the appropriate list. This will not be a 24/7 thing...but bigger teams mean spreading the responsibility out so that no one gets Burned Out. ** We need more folks on these lists ***
Second, We have partnered with several other local organizations to hold our own Hands Off! Rally here in Brevard on Saturday April 5th. from 1-3 pm. We will have speakers, music and a broad coalition of Transylvanians there in support. This is part of a NATIONAL EFFORT and there will also be rallies in HVL, AVL and across the country! We will give details on this event and what we can do to support.
If you have been following social media - you can SEE that Americans are being brave - stepping outside of their comfort zones and STANDING UP ! We need to be a part of that movement.
