However, the president and EPA leadership wants the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) to rescind NEPA regulations. It gave the public only a 30-day window to comment, which closes on March 27, 2025.
Speak up: Take a moment today to write and submit a comment in your own words opposing this proposal on the Federal eRulemaking Portal. Include the agency name, "Council on Environmental Quality," and the docket number, CEQ-2025-0002.
