Movie Screening and Discussion: Mr. Nobody Against Putin

Come chat with old and new friends, as we watch and discuss Mr. Nobody Against Putin.  In this critically acclaimed documentary (100% on Rotten Tomatoes),  a “Russian teacher secretly documents his school becoming a war recruitment centre during the Ukraine invasion, revealing the ethical dilemmas educators face with propaganda and militarization.” This film brings us face to face with what it is like to live in an authoritarian regime, where kids can be crafted into soldiers and dissent is pushed into the shadows or shut down entirely.
