Mountain Song GTT Booth

We just found out that GTT can have a booth in the Community Corner at Mountain Song - Friday 9/11 and Saturday 9/12.

Short notice - but we are going to make some GOOD TROUBLE and welcome everyone into the festival with......

We need help at the tent during the festival passing out our pins that will be mounted to small cards. Easy, happy, welcoming thing.....We're giving out cute free stuff ! We are hoping many of you will be in attendance and can take a little time to help out.

The cards will be small enough to put in a pocket and will encourage folks to donate to her Imagination Library AND also remind them to check their voter registration at VOTE.ORG - both with QR codes they can scan.

Our goal is to be the fun, joyful crew as folks enter the Festival !

We honor Dolly's life and contributions to music, society and childhood education and hopefully our cards/pins encourage folks to be more like Dolly. And to VOTE for the world they want to live in.

I am still working out a ton of logistics - and more detailed info will follow to those who volunteer to help either or both days.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We need to have the volunteer list set by TUESDAY MORNING - 9/8 so I can give the list of people to the organizers for your vendor passes.

If you are already attending the festival and plan to help out at the booth while you are in attendance, Please note that on the sheet.

LAST THING: Putting all the pins on the cards - We will do this Tuesday, Weds and Thursday in the MapRoom at D.D. Bullwinkel's. Come anytime during business hours and we will have a box in the window next to the bar with instructions.

You guys are the BEST and GTT is great at pulling rabbits out of hats on this type of thing - Thank you in advance for making this WORK :)
