May Meeting
I created this group so we can connect with new people in our area and learn how to engage positively for our community. Come to meet people in real life (IRL), hear ideas about how to engage, share ideas about how to engage, and be reminded that there are many of us who care about the future of our country. Along those lines – things you can bring that would help:
- Drinks to share
- Snacks to share
- Topics to share you have tried out
- Any of the specific items below
Letter Writing – One way to voice our vote is to write letters and postcards to our representatives in both Columbus & DC. It’s an easy action we can do at our meetings, and I could use some help:
- Bring stationery or post cards – it’s nice to have a variety – either plain or with designs
- Topics to write about – is there an area you are passionate about? Can you write up a few bullet points to be used by others to write a note? Who are we writing to? What should we include?

Logistic Note – My neighborhood has plenty of side streets to park along, please park only on ONE SIDE so that neighbors can easily come and go.
