May day! May day! Postcard Writing Meetup

Join us to write postcards to our elected reps in the US Congress and Senate to let them know we are paying attention...and are concerned about what we are seeing. 

This is a way to make noise and remind them that they represent US!

We will have short scripts that you can use but personalization is always welcome. Bring your favorite pen(s) and we will have about 100 "Asheville" postcards to use until they run out. You are welcome to bring some of your own...it's been recommended that we use ones that remind our reps of where they are who they represent, but other styles can be used (note: probably not VOTE-oriented ones since we are not in an election cycle yet).

Highland Brewing offers an array of beverages and typically has food trucks in case you get hungry. If the weather is nice, we will try to be outside either on the main deck or in The Meadow (if it's yucky, we will snag tables indoors).
