Making it Real and Bringing it Home: Unpacking the Republican Budget Resolution

An online meeting hosted by Trouble Nation Group, NoVa Blue Squad will feature special guest, Andrew Pavord, founder and CEO of the Federal Consulting Alliance, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business which focuses on the development and implementation of budget systems. For a little more about Andy, you can check out his bio below. When: Tuesday, April 8th at 7:30pmWhere: Anywhere you have an internet connection! Mark your calendar now - registration will open soon! Why: Understand the wide-ranging impacts of this budget - what will it mean for you? Former Louisiana Senator Mary Landrieu once said, "A budget should reflect the values and priorities of our nation and its people." By slashing services that help working and middle-class Americans, the Musk-Trump regime is clearly making a statement about their values. We must ensure that this dismissive and harmful message is heard loud and clear so that people understand what's at stake. If you want to better understand the budget process and feel more comfortable and confident discussing the devastating impacts that will come with the House Budget Resolution recently passed by Republicans, please join NOVA Blue Squad for this informative online session where we will unpack and explore what this budget means for you, your family, your community, the county, and Virginia as a whole.
