Maine Indivisible Network March 2025 Statewide Call

Join Maine Indivisible leaders, group members, grassroots activists, and community allies for our next statewide call. Our March call will focus on developing strategies to facilitate collaboration between Maine Indivisible groups and updates on new resources and upcoming action strategies from National Indivisible. Maine Indivisible Network calls are open to anyone who shares Indivisible's values and objectives and wants to learn more about opportunities for collective action to protect our freedoms and the future of democracy.

Dear Mighty Maine Indivisibles & Community Allies:

Since the beginning of the year, the Maine Indivisible movement has experienced ferocious growth, both in the number of new groups activating under the Indivisible banner and the groundswell of people showing up for your local meetings and actions. Rapid growth is an exciting problem to have but also calls for adapting informal coordinating structures to make our collective work more effective and make our statewide movement more sustainable for the long haul.

 

Please join us for our next Maine statewide organizing call on Tuesday, March 18, at 5:00pm ET, for a discussion on how to streamline and fortify statewide collaboration structures and information sharing across the Maine Indivisible Network, and what a representative and effective statewide structure could look like. Spoiler alert: There will be grassroots leadership and volunteer opportunities to make it happen! 

 

We’ll also have updates about plans for the April 5 national call-to-action and resources to support your participation, and reports on local Musk or Us March Recess actions. 

 

Please note that as our Maine monthly calls have quickly grown from a few dozen folks to hundreds of participants, it hasn’t been possible to maintain the more conversational style of our Zoom calls in the before-times. To hold that space, we’ll end the formal call agenda at 6:15pm, and folks who want to stay on the call to chat and share local news and requests for support are welcome to hang out with us until 6:30pm.
