Love Your Neighbor Rally #2

Our “no-frills” rallies will be held the second and fourth Saturdays of each month from 1:00-2:00 pm at Veterans Park in Elizabeth City. Once again our theme for February is Love Your Neighbor. Though of course you are free to bring any sign you want, we encourage you to participate in the positive and uplifting theme of love if possible.
