Join Refugee Assistance Morris Partners, a local nonprofit that has resettled refugees for the last 10 years in Morris County.  Hear from Church World Services Director of Policy, Danilo Zak about the current state of play for refugees trying to enter the country.  Church World Services is one of the resettlement organizations that works with the State Department as a sponsor of refugees.  ENDING refugee resettlement was the first act of the administration in the immigration space. There are thousands of refugees who were ready and approved to enter the country who have been in limbo these last 10 month.  Hear about the legal challenges, what can be done and how changes in services are impacting those already here.
