International Day of Friendship -- Beaver Island State Park (NY)

Friendship is power; we are stronger together. A bundle is stronger than a twig.
Join us to reinforce our cross-border friendships and also to continue to connect with one another.

Spend an afternoon with us at Beaver Island State Park, Picnic Are 5. Bring a banner, bring a flag, bring a kite, bring food to share.

We will wave to our Canadian neighbors, have a teach-in around next steps in the work of resistance, and break bread together. Like the friends and neighbors that we are.

If you can, bring a grocery card or a new, reusable grocery bag for our friends at Justice for Migrant Families. And please note there is a $7 Vehicle Entrance Fee.

We invite people of good will to join us for a peaceful, positive, and creative demonstration of friendship across borders. We will affirm the values of peace, friendship, decency, and respect with our North American neighbors.
