In Person Meeting - Meeting Location Changed!

Good afternoon,

We are planning to have another in-person meeting on Wednesday, October 2 @ 6:00 p.m. 

We would like to have it at The W; however, there are some caveats.  The W is not open on Wednesdays, so we would have the place to ourselves, BUT it would require that we "rack up" $500 worth of drinks.  The average cocktail is about $13.00, which means we would need at least 38 drinks ordered.  NOW, as we are a group with over 70 people, if we have a large showing, we would meet the minimum.  If we do NOT get enough people to meet the minimum, we will change the venue to another Lee's Summit location.  

I have to get back to The W by Tuesday, September 24, so we are hoping for RSVPs by MONDAY, September 23rd.  Again, if by Monday we do not have the numbers we need to reserve The W, I will change the venue.  

Either way, we are having an in-person meeting on Wednesday, October 2 @ 6:00 in a Lee's Summit location.
