How to best get out the vote with the RWB app

We will spend some extra time to get everyone on the RWB app and learn how to use the Rally Tool, a tool where we learn how to connect via text with people we know to make sure they are engaged in voting.  

While we are not voting until next November, statistics show that talking to people you know makes a difference, and not waiting to talk to them only during voting season can make the difference between winning and not winning.
