Hear Me Out! Effective Conversations in a Polarized World

In these polarized times, we need to build our capacity to have conversations with people who don’t agree with us! Did you know that there is a scientifically proven method to influence people by using empathy and understanding to bridge gaps across differences?
TroubleNation Group Leaders Andrea Pollack and Jess Schaer have been diving into this approach, and they are condensing it for you into a shorter workshop. This more accessible quick-start format will help you start reaching across differences, building connections and trust sooner. We’ll explore the challenges, test drive the approach, and discuss ways that you can put this to use in your everyday life as well as in your activism.
Conversations can change the world.
Please be sure to Register/RSVP and mark your calendar. This workshop is offered free of charge, but capacity is limited. On May 14 registration will be opened up to nonmembers.
