Good Reason 4 Democracy Monthly Meeting

Please join Good Reason 4 Democracy at our monthly meeting on April 1, 2025. 

This month, our guest speaker is Chuck Jeffers, Property Appraiser for the Greene County, Tennessee area. Mr. Jeffers will speak about the framework for assessing properties, how to distinguish between assessments and market value, and how the upcoming ratio study will be used in our community. 

As part of our "learn about community infrastructure" program, Mr. Jeffers will present and take questions during the meeting.
