From Postcard Party to Kamala-Palooza Fundraiser Party! (21+ Event)

We will start with a postcard party at my home (back yard) and, after our postcards are written, we can walk down to a fantastic local tiki bar and join the Kamala-Palooza Fundraiser Party for Harris-Walz at Forbidden Island! (1304 Lincoln Ave., Alameda, Ca.) It is literally just around the corner from my home. I have registered for the event at Forbidden Island and said I would be bringing a group so please sign up and let's "Do Something", then go Drink Something!

Our Postcard Party will focus on Pennsylvania! Did you know that in Pa., counties are allowed to begin processing mail ballot applications on Sept. 16 this year? We can still encourage people to Vote By Mail because they can sign up to do so through 5pm on October 29th.

The names, addresses and script will come from Activate America which has NEW VOTE BY MAIL CAMPAIGNS IN KEY STATES!  The program focuses on voters who are Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPoC) and are not enrolled in Vote By Mail, urging them to request a ballot and reminding them to return their ballot prior to Election Day.

As this is a 501(c)(3) compliant program it is very important that postcard volunteers do not include any partisan or candidate messaging anywhere on the postcard.
