Finding Resilience & Hope During Uncertain Times

In times of political turmoil, it’s difficult not to feel overwhelmed, discouraged, or even powerless. But history—and our own lives—prove that resilience is not only possible but essential.

Join us on Sunday, February 8th, for an inspiring and timely talk, as mental health therapist Michelle Ward explores how we can cultivate hope, maintain our inner strength and take meaningful action, even in the face of division and uncertainty. Through community connection, practical strategies and a strong call to action, this session will empower you to rise above the chaos, find clarity and become a force for positive change.

Join us for an uplifting conversation about resilience, hope, and the power we all have to shape a better future. We look forward to seeing you there!
