ESCONDIDO!! WEEKLY SIGN WAVING / PROTEST TO RAISE AWARENESS

Please join us on Tuesdays 11:30 am - 1:00 pm for as long as you can stay, at a different location in/around Escondido each week. 

WHEN:  Tuesday, April 8, 2025, 11:30 am - 1:00 pm

WHERE:  Nordahl Road overpass at Highway 78, San Marcos. Bring your overpass signs & distress flags for Hwy 78 traffic visibility if you have them! This can be a *very* traffic heavy area, please exercise caution getting to the protest site and use pedestrian crosswalks.  The address below is a required reference for the listing, we will be at the overpass when existing left (South) onto Nordahl from Hwy 78 Westbound.   

WHAT:  Join us in peaceful public protest to raise awareness and encourage local constituents to engage civically, stay informed, contact their representatives, etc. Bring your signs, shirts, and voices during the luch hour traffic rush to bring light to what is most important to you about the current administration's actions. 

We get many honks and waves.  Showing solidarity will encourage others to stay informed and become more engaged as well.  

Please follow all local rules such as yielding to pedestrians and staying on the sidewalks. We ask that you do not engage with drivers giving negative feedback.
