A coalition of Indivisible Groups in the area have announced plans to hold an Empty Chair Town Hall in Rep. Darrell Issa’s district on Sunday March 23, 4-6pm at the California Center of the Arts in Escondido. The congressman has been formally invited. Mark your calendar to attend.
