Join us Monday, February 9, at 6 PM for a first discussion on "The Anatomy of a Purple State." We will be reading Part One: "The Building Blocks of Purple Politics." We will discuss the topics of this chapter and how they apply to North Carolina's culture, its history, and how they affect our lives today. Due to weather, the Asheboro read-in was postponed to February 9th at 5:00 p.m. I'm asking members to meet at the old Randolph County 1909 courthouse to show support for the library board.
